How to deal with stakeholders (Mktg team) when the solution that they provide is not the most cost-efficient?
Phone Call. Introductory Interview. Recruiter contacted on linkedin. Sent my resume and followed by a 20 min phone call. It was introductory, explained the role - learned about my career - experience and asked for salary expectations.
