- Applied online and completed the assessment, all games. Pretty easy to pass this round. - Completed video interview. Some standard questions plus give minutes to crack a small case. Pretty simple. - Was invited to the "Discovery Day" in Toronto in October 2016. Was pretty straightforward small case crack with a group and then individual interviews. Not much preparation required. Was very disappointed with the HR representatives. Was told we would hear back within 5 days, some people received rejections 2 weeks later. I heard nothing back so I followed up with HR and was told I was the alternate choice is the other two candidates with offers rejected. Was told they would keep me updated. It has been two months and never heard from them again. Very unprofessional HR staff, unresponsive and in general disorganized.
