I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (London, England) in Sept 2017
Interview
wasn't that informative and asked weird questions without much preparation direction
clearly was automated review of the video interview, response was back even before they could have possibly watched the interview.
pretty generic feedback hiding as 'detailed' etc.

Question 1
how would you use your technology to manage your time
Another company using personality tests and timed maths questions. Personality tests are pseudoscience at best and are poor predictors of job performance. Why I have to do mental maths in the age of calculators and automation, I simply do not know.
Several application rounds followed by an interview. Interview questions generally true to other Glassdoor reviews but they do ask follow up questions to ensure you really know about the industry . Relatively fast feedback. You should really have a good idea about the industry and interest in it before hand to be successful.

I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Leatherhead, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
One to one interview. Very relaxed, on teams. Nice environment, was more like a conversation. Lots of “tell me about a time” questions so used the STAR technique. Friendly and not too serious
