Exam, Panel Interview, Interview with line manager, interview with managing director.
Thy exam is a test on your business acumen (problem solving, percentage)
Panel interview is the Regional sales manager and area sales managers
Line manager interview is to see if it’s a fit and what area they’ll assign you
MD interview is getting to know
Still ask you to discuss certain topics that a random for example Drone Cameras, Current Events. To test if you are able to discuss or how you frame your thoughts
2 interviews with an assessment. The assessment was logical and IQ and how you would react in situations. The first interview was a behavioral get to know your fit interview.
