I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Apr 2014
Interview
I applied to Unilever and after a week someone from human resources called me. They asked me to come in for an interview and I did. I think they really liked me and my background, since I was a former student of the most well known engineering university in Portugal. Since I was still only an industrial engineer, my next interview was at the facilities I was going to be working in. I had another interview there and started my internship 2 weeks after that.

Question 1
What did you study? What were you're grades? Why are you interested in working at Unilever? What can you offer the company? Since you're an industrial engineer, are you willing to accept an internship at FIMA factory in Sta Iria de Azoia?
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Owensboro, KY) in Nov 2011
Interview
I had a five month term as a team leader with temporary agency. Then had interview over the phone with a recruiter. Once the phone interview was a Go, I had a call the next week letting me know the date and time of my face to face interview. The interview was short and I left with a positive idea. I later was contacted for time and dates of my physical and urinalysis. Then I was given an offer, once I accepted they mailed me paperwork with contracts and benifits.
