Step 1 : an online assessment
Step 2 : Digital interview with 4 questions. You only have 2 minutes to think about the answer and 3 minutes to record each question. The questions are setting situations like : explain a situation where you had to work in groups. Explain how you and your experiences could be a great fit for the job etc
Step 3 : You are invited to a Discovery Day.

It was easy, just onlien assessments in the beginning but I did not pass after. It is personality questions, like which would u prefer between options, for example, working using new techniques or tested techniques.
