First, there was a google form circulated with multiple personal questions. based on this and the CVs, they shortlisted certain students for a virtual HireVue process (virtual interview where a question pops up on your screen and you answer)

1. ULIP form, a Long form about the Leadership questions. 2. Resume Shortlist 3. Hirevieu Round - Recorded Interview: This will be Instantaneous Questions with 5 Minutes to Answer. The Question will Judge Our Supply chain Basics. 4. PI interview by a Level 3 Personnel: This will be a 40 min long interview where previous Experiences and Core Concepts are Grilled upon.
