Skipped straight to manager instead of HR, which should of been my first clue, and interview was standard.. was told there would be a follow up but got ghosted, when I reached out for feedback weeks later, I was told they would reach out to the manager as I was unsuccessful and then got ghosted again.

Ghosted me after first round interview. Sent three follow up emails and no reply until I got a rejection email about a month later and nothing else was said from the recrutier

They asked me about experience and skill-based questions. Also, they expect to see the potential and ambition of the candidate.
After that, I presented a proposal about the brand based on the assignment they gave me.
