First I'll run through the timeline for my application experience. I applied online through the UHG career site. 1 day later I was accepted for a video interview. 2 days later I completed the video interview. 4 days later I was accepted for an office interview. 11 days later I completed the office interview. 4 days later I received an offer! I highlight this because it shows that UHG streamlines their talent acquisition process (i.e. they respect your time as an applicant). The video interview contained 5 (mostly behavioral) questions and was an unusual but convenient experience. The office interview began with a presentation to introduce the company and program, followed by a 1:1 interview and a panel discussion with current employees. They stressed that the interview was more like a conversation, which led to a more natural environment to discuss past experiences and skills along with personal interests and passions. Overall it was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and they provided a lot of feedback along the way (complete opposite of my other 50+ application experiences).

Two weeks after applying, I got an email asking to complete a hireVue interview. Just 4 days after completing the interview, I was reached out by a recruiter to send my times of availability to schedule a 45 min interview. Two days after doing the interview, I got an email from my recruiter asking when she could call. The call was to let me know about my offer (I didn't have to do a coding test). Process was very smooth and fast
