Cleared all the interview round and shared the information with hiring manager and HR that I need visa sponsorship. They took interview and I have shared my visa documents with them. During interview process they said sponsoring visa won't be a problem. But after few weeks they came back and said they didn't get approval from higher management to hire candidate who needs visa sponsorship.
