Quick process!!! They are friendly and give you all the information you need to know before starting. You so need to be licensed to sell insurance. You have to enjoy selling as well.

Group presentation and very short individual interview after that, which the interviewer simply read off a checklist confirming details of the position, such as commission based pay, time commitment, need for licensure, etc.
They conducted a group interview that broke off into individual meetings. I understand this is an efficient hiring strategy but no one informed me it was a group meeting, which was not the most welcomed surprise.
