I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Orlando, FL) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview was Group interview with 4 others we sat around in a circle and he went around the room asking random questions and ended the interview by doing a scenario of how to calm down an irate member whose order was put in the system incorrectly.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Columbus, OH) in May 2022
Interview
The interview process was fast. Fast and easy for a reason. The hire quickly because the turnover rate is fast. They trap you into a year contract bonus because of it. It is not worth it.

The typical questions asked during interviews for call centers.
I applied online. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Bothell, WA)
Interview
Filled out the application and questionaire which was long. Some time after that I got a phone interview. They say it's about 45 minutes, but mine was just under a half hour. Then got an in person interview at the office with 2 managers. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable. It was a relaxed interview but professional. I felt good about it and they did make me an offer shortly thereafter. I accepted. But then shortly after that they rescinded the offer. I was shocked. Don't give people offers of employment prematurely if you're not sure if you want to hire them
