I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group
Interview
The process was seamless. I applied on a Monday morning, and by that evening I was contacted by a recruiter via email to set up a phone interview. After my 15-20 minute phone call with the recruiter to learn more about the position, I was contacted by the hiring manager less than an hour after the conclusion of that conversation to schedule a phone interview with them. I had the phone interview with the hiring manager and another team member on Friday. By the next Thursday, I had received my offer! Everything moved very quickly, and everyone was so on point with the process.

Please rate your proficiency in various programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams). What would you do if you experience technical issues while working from home?
Virtual interview with 3 people. Typical interview questions. Asking about self and scenario questions. Took about 30 minutes. It was actually rescheduled without consulting me about my availability. This was my first zoom interview with multiple people, it was a little unnerving
I applied online. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Started out well. But interviewer became abrupt and one had no further interest in the position. Was totally turned off and didn’t feel I could function in that environment. They hung the phone interview while speaking .
Had multiple interviews with management and Human Resources. They asked multiple questions regarding case scenarios related to patients and what you would do and general skills related to nursing and remote work.
