Tell me about yourself
Being as specific as possible describe how you built a productive relationship with a challenging internal or external customer . What was the state of the relationship in the beginning? Were there any rough spots or tough challenges along the way? If yes, what did you do to resolve them? If not, what did you do to avoid those? How did you maintain the relationship over time?
Describe how you identified the needs of a customer you supported, inside or outside of your organization. What approach did you use to ensure you remain aligned with your customer as you worked on the project or deliverable?
How did you ensure that you had correctly identified those needs? What feedback did you get from the customer? How was working with that customer changed your approach to your work or the work if your team?
Describe a time when you had to deal with a customer complaint about timeliness, product quality, or the process you were using. How did the complaint surface( in person, via email, etc.) ? How did you initially respond? What did you do next? Why did you make that choice? What results did you get? How did you follow up with the customer to make sure their issue was resolved? Did a similar issue come up again later? If yes, why? If no, what did you do to prevent that?
