Hirevue with basic behavioral questions (i.e. Tell me about yourself, Why UHC, tell me about a time you took initiative, etc.) Panel interview with 3 people from teams across the enterprise, with more behaviorals (Walk me through your resume, time you failed, etc)

This interview process was lengthy but thorough and allowed the company to acquire a strong sense of who I was and allowed for me to see who they were too. It spanned across multiple weeks and with multiple different people.
