The Interview process is disorganized. They made me take 4 interviews that spanned almost 3 months. I did my initial interview 12/16 and 3 more from 01/2017 - 02/2017. All along they kept telling me that I was going to get an offer. But after all that, I get a phone call that they would not be extending me an offer, because Executive Management wanted more Technical Experience, when there Operational Managers thought I had more than enough experience and was a great fit for their respective team. For such a prominent Company, you would think that they would have a better Interview and Hiring process. Very Disappointing.
