I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Nara Visa, NM) in Sept 2018
Interview
VERY Bad Experience with VISA MIAMI location
FIrst Tinge: MUST know Spanish
My interviews were ONLY in Spanish - WHY? this is questions to HR I guess
I applied On-line, I received a call for the application, one week after I interviewed with the Hiring Manager ... Two Things
1. She did not read my resume
2. She talked about an hour about her and the business and not about the "position"
One week after I sent an email requesting some feedback and HR responded: Hi, how was the interview? REALLY your job is making sure is a communication along the process and see if the candidate fits, you are hiring the company future here - please
Two weeks after I received a second invite to interview with someone from the executive team (VP)
SAME: Only Spanish, he was late, never asked about my resume or experience.
Very unprofessional HR and Team Members at the Miami Office
4 weeks wasted
Good friendly 3 rounds of interviews. Recruiter, manager and team. first round was with the Recruitor as a fast screening the second round was with the hiring manager for more in-depth assessment of the role of my fit. The third round was with two members of the team to understand the role bit more detail and not what they did.
3 rounds
technical
behavioral
HR
decent overall process
but slow compared to other companies
panel consisted of director, senior manager and lead engineer
had fruitful discussions
good benefits
overall, a positive experience

Question 1
people management skills and relevant technical skills
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Kuala Lumpur) in Aug 2025
Interview
Good, The interview process was well-structured and engaging. It began with introductions, followed by behavioral and fit-based questions to assess cultural alignment. A technical case study was then shared to evaluate problem-solving and business acumen, before moving into an open Q&A session. The format allowed me to showcase both strategic thinking and practical execution skills, while also giving space to ask insightful questions about the role and the company. Overall, it provided a clear view of expectations and a fair opportunity to demonstrate my strengths.
