I applied online. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Singapore) in Mar 2024
Interview
Online Application: Submit your resume and any other required documents through Visa’s careers portal or a job listing site.
Initial Screening: If your application is shortlisted, you may receive a call from a recruiter for an initial phone screen. This call will focus on your background, experience, and interest in the role.
Behavioral Interviews: These interviews focus on your soft skills, cultural fit, and how you handle various work scenarios. Expect questions about your past experiences, teamwork, leadership, and how you align with Visa’s values.
Very uncertain outcome because I had 3 rounds of interviews plus a screening call in the span of 2 weeks. Then radio silence for over a month at this point. Have to assume I didn’t get it but should be able to communicate that to me clearly.
good, structured, efficient process. know how the overall interview process will go and be like before hand so i can set my expectations before interviewing with them. can be clearer in between interviews to give updates to the candidate
The whole interview took more than 2 months, 1 month waiting, lack of professionalism. Interviews were more about information about the job, and why do VP meet analyst candidates? Don't they have better things to do? Aren't managers should be enough? I'm not quite sure - some of the interviewers don't seem know what's going on..... Initial 'interviews' by HR were done in email... they asked your salary expectation, visa status, etc. Very lack of professionalism.
