If you're not great at coding while someone is watching and timing you, this will be difficult. The only way to get good at this is to study specifically for this testing style so that you may hopefully recognize a problem type if it appears on your screen. There are 4 questions. Two "easy," one "medium," and one "difficult," Look around online on how to approach these the right way. I'm not entirely sure, but this stage feels more like it's weeding people out based on a quick test before your CV is even looked at. Unfortunately, that means while your specific career experience may be excellently tailored to Visa's needs, your best bet to move beyond the very first stage is to instead study for LeetCode-style questions. Your recruiter might offer you a retake.
