I applied online. I interviewed at Zillow in Mar 2021
Interview
Very straightforward. I was sent a link to pick a time to meet with the recruiter virtually. The recruiter was very friendly and transparent with me regarding the questions I asked about the role and the team I'd be working on.

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Zillow (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2021
Interview
I thoroughly enjoyed the interview process at Zillow. What I liked most was the transparency. From the initial phone interview to the live virtual connects, every single person was upfront about what is working well at Zillow and where there is opportunity for improvement. I respect this level of honesty as it shows me that this organization knows what it needs to improve.
Additionally, I feel like I got to meet a lot of different people on the L&D team who gave me a great perspective on their team structure, what their goals are, and where they are needing more work.

I applied online. I interviewed at Zillow (Seattle, WA) in Sept 2020
Interview
I had a positive interview process. I would interview again with Zillow.
I met with the recruiter to assess my level of interest in the role and to determine if I am a good fit for the position. The second interview was with an Instructional Designer. The third interview was with the hiring manager. I didn't make it to the fourth panel interview.
