I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zillow
Interview
Recruiter call followed up by back to back managerial interviews. Typical account management and behavioral questions. Big on culture fit. An offer was given 2 weeks post managerial interviews. Relatively a seamless process.

Question 1
Given this situation of X, how would you handle it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zillow (Richland, SC) in Jun 2021
Interview
Best recruiting and interview experience I’ve had. A recruiter initially contacted via LinkedIn and after applying we set up a call/recruiter screening. She was very personable and we had a great conversation. She said a recruiting coordinator would reach out with a date/time and who I’d be interviewing with for the round. They emailed that afternoon and set the next interview, 2 back to back 30 minute Zoom calls with sales managers. The interview went great, very conversational and informative. 3 days later the senior recruiter reached out to set the final interview with a General Manager. Another great interview and they said the recruiter would be in touch in a few days. Two days later I got a call from the senior recruiter and he extended an offer, which I happily accepted. Total time from initial recruiter call and offer was 2 weeks.

Question 1
Tell me about a time at work you had to choose between a short term solution and a long term solution. Which did you choose and why?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zillow (New York, NY) in Dec 2021
Interview
After a long drawn out month of delays in communication I was not selected for the position as it turns out the position isn't even available.
By far the worst interview process I've ever had the displeasure of wasting my time on.
A word of advice to the recruiting staff: Ensure that prompt communication is kept with your candidates and please do not post open positions that do not exist.

Standard stale sales questions, nothing special or out of the ordinary.

Interview
This was by far one of the worst experinces I have had thus far with a company! I applied for this role via online, had my first interview via phone (which lasted 15 min) going over job and pay. That went ok...felt very rushed by recruiter but id give it 5 stars out of 10. Next, I got a email asking to set up a 2 part zoom interview with 2 people. Now guys, I prayed about this role, studied for the interview and even hired a professional to help me with my interview skills because I thought I wanted to be apart of this company so bad. I truly desired to be apart of the team, but boy was I wrong! I dodged a bullet! Interviewed on a Friday and did not hear back from anyone until 3 WEEKS LATER! Smh. In between those 3 weeks my recruiter texted me saying he got fired from there.... This company is a joke from what I have been told now. The only way I found out that I did not get the job was because I had applied for another role with them and during THAT interview, she advised me that I was not selected. I was lead on week after week saying they had not made a hiring decision, when all they had to do was just tell me I did not get it. Sad part is, I would have truly been one of the best assets for that company. Just please do your research guys, the benefits and pay is what captures you but it is SERIOUSLY unstable. You don't want to start a great job and live life off of that, then the carpet is sweep off from under you and its gone. Think twice before accepting an offer, good luck!

Question 1
Why Zillow? Tell me about a time you had a difficult task to complete, what was it and how did you handle it? Why did you leave your last employer? Tell me something about you THAT IS NOT on your resume?
