The interview process was very relaxing and very conversational. I was prepared for more indepth conversations about my previous job experience; however, the focus of the interview seemed to be more personality based as they just wanted to get to know you.

How would you previous employers describe your work ethic?
Impersonal, I interviewed for a new division/team. 2 managers were in on the pitch where were supposed to sell their product .
They were going too far into product specific questions which as opposed to ability to run an actual demo. Let’s leave that for after the product training !

It’s fairly quick, just a phone interview and then a 45 min video interview with a role play. The role play is a mock call, you calling a client. You have to show your sales skills.
