The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zillow (New York, NY)
Interview
After my phone screen and first interview I was told I was one of their top candidates. I was really excited.
I gave the recruiter my availability for second rounds and confirmed we were talking CST. They ended up scheduling outside my availability because they put it in PST. I should have caught it but believed them when they said it would be in my time zone. I made it work and still did the interview, outside of my availability.
Never heard from them again until I got my post candidacy survey. No communication whatever. Completely ghosted.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zillow (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2023
Interview
Interview process went great. I first met with the recruiter, then hiring manager and three executive assistants I would be working with. Interviews went well, and everyone was so kind and easy to interview with.
