I was approached by an internal recruiter / HR about this position. After showing interest I went through 3 interviews:
- 1 classical HR / motivation interview that probably lasted 20 minutes with a positive feedback
- 1 fit interview with a director : surprisingly lasted only 30 minutes as well with a positive feedback as well
- 1 Case interview that lasted 1h30 and for which I had to prepare a slide deck to tackle a business question (that is actually being tackled by this team). I was first afraid this might be a way of getting some free consultancy / data analysis (I was a strategy consultant by then) but said to myself that's the name of the game.
All in all, did not recieve any feedback after that (not even a simple "no" in an email) which I find very unprofessional. The minimum would be to share an honest feedback (at least yes or no, and why) - That would be the least thing to thank ones efforts in preparing some diligent work and deliverables.
