Applied via LinkedIn and then their HR lady arranged a Teams call with me within 48 hours of me sending my application. When we had the call she apologised that she was having building work done so she wouldn't be putting her camera on....but I had to leave my camera on. It was a strange feeling answering interview questions whilst looking back at a black screen:) The questions were standard (What do you know about Dunnhumby? Talk about your recent projects etc) but it's been nearly a month since the interview and I haven't heard anything back from them.

CV screening, interview with HR and then hiring manager.
Call with the recruiter lasted for barely 10 minutes as she just went through your CV, with hiring manager 30 minutes focused on the experience and to see if you fit in the vision he has of the role and the employee.
The process felt very rushed, it did not seem like hiring manager wanted to have the interview in the first place. At the end of the call he did not even say goodbye and was very unprofessional in that regards. Shame, I thought the culture was good (as read on glassdoor) but by experience was disappointing.
HR ghosted me with any response, it's been 2 months and I moved on.

Interview
I was an early candidate, even the role wasn’t posted on the career portal. They interviewed me for first round and took time to prepare the case study for second round. After I cleared 2nd round, I was ghosted for 12 days and then updated they are hiring internally.

Question 1
1. You get referred to a higher role but they emphasize that you are not fit for it (1st red flag)
2. You clear two interview rounds (including a case study) and then they put you on hold without informing (Referral portal helps the candidate to know about the results). HR won’t bother to call you or email you until you follow up via text, email and phone call (2nd red flag)
3. HR finally informs you that you are rejected - even that through email, does not have business ethics to call and inform the candidate (3rd red flag)
4. Lastly, when HR is asked about the reason for holding the candidate for further rounds, she threatened that this is not a good cultural fit and would make a note while considering the candidate (4th red flag)
5. Ultimately, they go and hire internally because that was always the plan. They simply wasted my time, energy and my passion towards the company & the role.
