I recently interviewed for the Dot net developer position, and my experience was extremely disappointing. After completing and clearing 2 rounds of interview (assesment + technical round) process, I was informed that my second round of the final technical/Managerial interview was scheduled in next 48 hours, so I have the date and time. However, just a day before the interview, I received an abrupt email stating that the position had been put on hold. What’s even more frustrating is that a similar job was posted on LinkedIn around the same time, which raises questions about the transparency and integrity of the recruitment process. It felt like my time and effort were not respected, and there was a clear lack of communication and planning on their part and worst part is recruiter not picking up the call to clarify the situtation just casually dropping a mail late in the night, which is less than 24 hour before the interview. I expected better professionalism from a company. Prospective candidates should be aware that the recruitment process here may not be as reliable or straightforward as it should be.

They initially administered an online coding test. I passed it with a 60% score. After that, they came from India to my university for campus spot recruitment. At this stage, I attended a technical round and finally an HR round. The technical round was good; they were very professional. They asked questions related to my CV, but one of them asked questions about ML, which were not related to the job. That was awkward. The HR round was very easy. However, due to my lack of real-life industry-level project experience, they rejected me and offered me an unpaid internship. I rejected the internship offer because of a lack of interest in the tech stack.
