Join Our Client as a Mechanical & Electrical Project Coordinator

• Oversee and facilitate the execution of M&E services, ensuring smooth coordination across project phases.
• Participate in project meetings and serve as a liaison between clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to address M&E-related matters.
• Supervise subcontractors’ submissions including method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and progress reports to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant standards, safety protocols, and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle miscellaneous tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, or related engineering fields.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within the construction sector.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Availability to work a five-and-a-half-day week schedule.
