Responsibilities that account onboarding are delivered in accordance to using the Asia Implementation procedures as guidelines.
Ensure all internal reporting and matrixes are adhere to the onboarding/implementation governance.
To verify clients’ onboarding documents including KYC and other account related documents to ensure the accuracy and maintain the high level of operational risk controls.
To verify client profile setup in various internal systems and external regulatory systems and maintain the high level of operational risk controls.
Facilitate the establishment of connectivity with business partners whenever needed.
To provide quality services to business partners and clients by addressing all documents/on boarding enquires and requests in a timely and effective manner.
To cooperate with project team to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
Strong analytical, problem solving, ideation and time management skills.
At least 2-5 years’ hands on working experience in client services, account services for corporate clients in bank and implementation.
A good understanding on account opening process and client documentation requirements, including KYC documents.
Detail orientation and high sense of responsibility.
