Lindian Global Rare Earths are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Singapore-based finance team.
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end receivables process, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and strong credit control to support cash flow and operational performance across a growing international business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in line with contractual terms
- Process and allocate incoming payments, ensuring timely and accurate application
- Monitor aged receivables and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
- Investigate and resolve billing queries, disputes, and payment discrepancies
- Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve variances
- Support month-end close activities and AR reporting, including aging analysis
- Maintain customer master data, including credit limits and payment terms
- Partner with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve invoicing and collection issues
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and GST regulations
- Identify opportunities to improve AR processes, reporting, and systems
About You
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or finance operations
- Strong understanding of AR processes, reconciliations, and collections
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP systems (Pronto preferred)
- Experience in a multinational or commodities/industrial environment is advantageous

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
