Operations & Marketing Assistant (Part-Time) - University Students Welcome

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations & Marketing Assistant to support our business growth and day-to-day operations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder and gain hands-on exposure to:

Responsibilities

Business Operations

• Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and customer presentations
• Support expense claims and administrative documentation
• Prepare supporting materials for grant applications and business initiatives
• Maintain CRM records and customer databases
• Organize project documents, contracts, and company records
• Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting summaries

Marketing & Growth

• Create and schedule LinkedIn content
• Support company website and marketing material updates
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research
• Research potential customers and channel partners
• Support email campaigns and outreach activities
• Prepare customer success stories and case studies
• Assist with event and exhibition preparation

Strategic Projects

• Support fundraising preparation and investor materials
• Conduct research on AI industry trends and opportunities
• Assist in special projects assigned by the management team

Requirements

• Undergraduate student or recent graduate
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI productivity tools
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn

Preferred

• Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• Experience with Canva, LinkedIn, CRM platforms, or digital marketing tools
• Interest in AI, startups, technology, venture capital, or entrepreneurship
