I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RecruitFirst (Malaysia) in Jan 2023

    Interview

3 rounds of interview in total… The whole process took almost 2 weeks. Consultant who reached out was very friendly and pleasant. Interviews are not too difficult as long as you show interest in the role, is articulate and show that you have studied the position well.

I don’t really appreciate all the personal questions (almost like they need your entire family history and occupations) and insinuation that foreign candidates are applying just to score a work pass but not to actually work?? Most companies are pushing for Diversity and Inclusion as well as Non discriminatory policies yet RecruitFirst is still so concerned of what does your family do etc.

Salary and incentive scheme offered to me is low compared to other agencies and with pay cut policies for failure to achieve target, it is just not an attractive offer overall.

    Simply too many red flags
