Some Consultants were very efficient, some were not. I’ve worked with a few who are definitely worthy Consultants like Mandy and Eunice.

Cons

Not all part-time jobs have benefits. So employees have to really read thru the contracts and know what they are getting instead of blindly signing the contracts. Some Consultants can be very bias and inefficient (never reply to emails or try to clarify confusion and email firm work schedules like 3-5 hours before the actual work, for example, making contractual employees wait till 1-3am on Sunday to receive confirmation of work scheduled on following Monday 7.30am). So it really depends on luck which Consultants the contractual employee is signed under.
