Pay well (which feels like you're selling your soul)

Lying CEO who is banned from operating in the USA, who had to pay 2.6 million in fines for fraud and was investigated by the SEC back in 2001. Look it up, Reuters has a write up on it. Manipulative Directors Out of control General Managers Timid, fearful staff No communication amongst businesses, every man and his dog out for their own. Constantly gaslit Financial inconsistency and sham reporting. Personal purchases on Credit Cards made monthly reporting a web of lies. Bullying and interrogation No HR, just intimidation.

The Serco team that was bought out by ARA are friendly and trustworthy Company vehicle

Cons

The ARA team are liars that will go as far as to sign you up to courses and apprenticeships and then let you go once your 3 month trial period is up. Security team who are permanent all know the boss outside of work and will back stab, snoop and report whatever they can. Promoting a hostile work environment. Can’t believe anyone hires this company to work on their projects because the staff stop for a coffee break every half an hour or so.

Its 8am - 4pm and I honestly cant think of any other pros

Cons

This is the WORST place to work, If Mad Men is your favourite series than maybe this will work for you. The company is still structured on only men have a say and women are not allowed to complain. HR is useless and of no help. Favouritism is still the name of the game and the harder your work the more more you will work.
