Pros

Young workforce, many employes are right out of college. Axiom host a lavish holiday party and provides some opportunities to attends events, i.e. baseball games, golf, marathons.

Cons

Salary is not adequate for the amount of work completed. Management lacks the ability to effectively lead or provide support/guidance. High school like environment with attitudes and behaviors to support. Do not expect to be valued here. Management only cares about money, not you.

Not worth it

Pros

Work duties are easy to pick up and the location is very convenient. Most employees are young so that could be a positive or negative depending on maturity levels.

Cons

They pay bare bones compared to other places with similar jobs. It is extremely difficult to advance if at all possible. Management lives high on the hog while those that are doing the bulk of work struggle paycheck to paycheck. Turnover is very high and for good reason.

Pros

- Great place to share new ideas and get things implemented - Company has good gatherings for staff and their families (i.e. summer picnics, ball games, Christmas parties) - Flexible when it comes to family illness and medical issues - Employees are brought around to get visibility into other departments

Cons

- PTO is slow to acquire - Some task leads are micro-managing - Some staff tries to degrade choices, even if it will help others in the long run - Although management is decent, no one took the time to stop by and check in on their staff and see what could be done better to improve (i.e. cross-training, motivation, etc)
