Pros
Innovative in both technical and management consulting. Top management has open door policy and you do not feel you have to make an appointment. Though I read boards on CGH, I found them unfounded and gave them a chance, I am glad I did.
Cons
Commute became and issue with me in that living in Baltimore area, I found the day to day grind to DC hard.

-free coffee, tea and close to metro -some good employees -Clean office space (mostly shared space)
Cons
Bad management, loosing contracts, employees on the edge CGH = Catch, Grind and Hang. Phase one last 1-2 weeks after that you are under the watch and looking to be hanged soon. HR walking hallways and checking everyone like a prison guard

Huge turnaround on this company. Original owner, Cindy Troutman passed in August 2025. Ms. Troutman, a very kind person, never learned how to actually manage a company. Decisions were made by emotions rather than sound business practices. Under new management, the company has cured its cash flow position. Employees are well treated at CGH now. There is now a management structure appropriate for a federal contractor.

None noted now as the company has fixed its main problems.

This company is headed in the wrong direction. They are headed in the wrong direction because of poor management, poor communication and processes. There is also lots of concern with how they treat employees. Human Resources is everything but Human Resources and seems as if leadership only knows proposals and little about leadership. The people around the CEO are not qualified and milk everything that is available. The reviews are accurate and too many not to take notice. They refuse to change because they don't have the capabilities to change so operate from fear. Approach with lots of caution and be careful of what they promise in their interviews.
