Pay: Good paying job for entry into financial services/research marketing Advancement: If you are able to impress your managers and hit your metrics there is opportunity to advance through the ranks moderatley quickly.
Cons
Management: Team level managers get focused on irrelevant metrics and top level managment is either sluggish to react or makes drastic action that makese no sense. Dying Business: buisness has decreased yoy for sometime and the expert network industry seems to by dying.
