Docker is a sinking ship (no pun intended). The new CEO and executive leadership are failing. They have no strategy, they are not transparent, and are wasting precious time and energy building products with low adoption. If you want to work somewhere and collect a paycheck, this might be the place for you. If you want to build fast and have large impact, it’s not.

When absentee exec leadership does show their face, they are constantly chasing the new shiny thing. No consideration for what has been in flight, planned, or even released. Projects, products and internal org structures change daily. Resources are thin and we're told to "adopt AI in all things within 6 months." Sr mgmt trying to stay relevant by "solving" problems that don't exist and pushing agendas that don't benefit anyone aside from themselves. HR asking people to write positive reviews to offset reality um... ok??

Worried about where the business is going/ongoing layoffs Priorities change almost daily, difficult to make progress when you have to re-frame every week

Management, frequent product and strategy changes, silent and public layoffs

You may get fired in the morning and lose access to everything after lunch.
