Pros

****Please note this company is acquired by Accenture couple of years ago. So it is also named as Accenture Solutions. - If you don't want to have a life, and working blindly (a.k.a robot) for others is the only thing you can do, this is the place to be. - If you want to improve your skills in pushing blame on others or be a hypocrite (no proper teamwork or process to follow, no one takes responsibility to improve), this is the good place to be. - Good flexible Accenture benefits. As the work condition here is 'amazing', you can use the benefits for medical checkup to ensure you can live long enough to work here. - Good and helpful colleagues (depends on your luck and team) - Accenture still has value in its name, hence will be useful in your CV. - Good place to improve your work rate and body resilience to cold (office temperature is deep freeze cold) - Mandarin is the common language medium here, so you can cut cost on attending Mandarin classes.

Cons

- Horrible work life balance. Many cut-offs in each month, and it is common to work beyond 13 hours on cut-off day. They expect you to come in early, but don't bother if you work in the 2 digits working hours daily. Hence also is common employees will take medication leave after each cut-off due to the stress and long hours. - Despite it is acquired by Accenture, the Chinaman culture still remains. If you know how to lick boots, master the arts of taichi or work extreme long hours anytime/anyday, high chance for you to get promotion and above average KPI. Else, you can stay more than 6 years without any promotion. Most of the upper management here are long time partners who have been working together way before got acquired by Accenture, hence they will always cover up for each other. - Use of proprietary software and framework. Lots of meaningless, time-consuming, manual process to setup or develop the app. Looks ancient, filled with tons of bugs in each and every part of the app. Basically the build quality is bad from top to bottom. Lack use of commercial or widely known softwares. To summarize, you may master the skills here but will not be useful elsewhere. - You will get the vibe that you are unappreciated and dispensable. They expect you owe them, thus you need to do everything that is given without question. No OT or weekend claims if you work to that extent. Oh, no training or certifications are provided as well despite Accenture claimed to promote self-improvement and development. - No team or company events/activites to promote a community atmosphere. Yes, Accenture does have events but that is on a nationwide scale, not within Newspage itself. As everyone is occupied with their heavy workloads, there is lack of opportunities to share ideas or socialize with colleagues. If you do, management or lead might think you are too free or not given enough tasks to complete. - Building condition in extremely bad shape. Lifts constantly in repairs, producing creaking sounds while in motion and occasionally doors malfunction. Irresponsible people smokes within building, fire alarm does not work in certain floors. Not MSC certified, thus internet connection here is a bane too.

Pros

There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

Cons

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
