Pros
Generally very capable coworkers who you can depend on and a great place to be to see how a large, effective company runs.
Cons
Being on different projects (even for the same client) can have radically different experiences. One project might have hours that are 9-5ish while another project is consistently working 12 hour days and those working on the 12 hour a day project do not get overtime (at most levels) and at the end of the year are evaluated and rewarded the same as any other project.
