One big global network that bring all the employees under one roof of uniqueness about the processes, policies and the way of communicating that followed. Induvidual respect to absolutely every one in the organization. Great work/life balance by conduting so much entertainment programs including sports, talent shows, event organizings out side of the company as well. Vast contribution to the society through CSR events, Green initiatives for the Green Earth, and even training the unemployees in currently demanded skills and make them as employees with the help of its current empoyees contribution.
