Pros
1. Brand Name. Getting an interview call from big brands is easy task with a tag of Accenture. 2. You gain Knowledge of working in collaborative environment due to big team size. 3. Good hikes, free transport, free Gym, extra curricular activities like cricket tournaments etc.
Cons
1. Management imposes unrelated technology stack on employees, specially freshers. 2. Need to follow 9 hours office timing on fortnight basis, although on an average people roam throughout campus so they only give 4-5 hours on desk time. 3. Switching company is easier than changing project inside company. I know many friends who wanted to change project but due to their haughty manager they end up switching company instead, including me. 4. 20-25% employees are not happy and want to change, 30-40% are shoelickers and get promotions, rest are the ones who actually work and are running the projects. 5. Accenture's HR are bunch of most irrational human'on earth. They'll recruit for one state and at last send the offer letter of other state, and then you'll only see them on your exit process.
