1. Acts as a backend team to geography based front end teams in projects 2. Minimum opportunities to work in full time client facing projects in developed geographies like UK and US 3. Exposure mostly to Middle East geographies 4. CN do not sell projects directly to clients. They sell people to account teams sitting at Geographies who in turn sell them to clients. Thus the Key KPI to work here is chargeability and not any selling metrics 5. Quality of Projects are rather bad. Less strategy based work and more tool based implementation work at CN 6.
