The people at Accenture are great. Everyone is super friendly
Cons
The company is such a mess. Management literally doesn’t care about the average employee. Instead of upskilling employees they forced everyone to work at a call center. The only exception were for people who had a legit mental breakdown. I was called incredibly offensive names and when I brought it to HR I was told I needed tougher skin. Management consistently lies to lower lever people while claiming to be upfront. I received offers from other tier 2 consultancies and I wish I took those offers instead.
