Accenture allows for a high level of exposure to many different businesses and levels allowing for a broad range of learning and advancement. You can take charge of your own career at Accenture - the only thing holding you back is your level of initiative.
Cons
Since the company is so large it is easy to get lost in the promotion jumble. Usually one bad year will be overshadowed by many good years but everyone has their promotion horror story.
