It’s hard to say what are the best reasons. It’s a Glorified Call center, so you can manipulate the way it sounds on a resume to make it seems like You’re actually doing consultative selling.
Cons
They take you in and spit you out. I’ve never felt more like a number in my entire life. This job makes me miserably depressed. They encourage you to ask for coaching if you’re having issues but it just turns into a session where they tell you you will get fired if you don’t figure it out on you’re own. I saw the previous reviews and thought it was just angry employees who didn’t do their job. Though I’m reality it was just hard working people treated poorly by a company ran by an accountant. I sometimes wish I never took this job because of how miserable and depressed it’s made me. Hoping I find someone better soon.
