An absolute "smoke and mirrors" campaign against clients. How we got them to pay such a large sum for what essentailly was window-dressing as deliverables from us was amazing (and not in a good way). That made me very uncomfortable. *** Additionally, leadership did not clue in "newbies" how to move up & add needed skills. It seemed like every road was a dead end professionally. *** That's not to say they wouldn't make you lead a project way before you were ready (recall they don't "show you the ropes"), I was afraid I'd mess up the project & make Accenture look bad. But worse, I was not comfortable misleading the client like Accenture always did & this was a premiere telecom. I just couldn't live with it. Eventually, I left.
