Management and Culture: I've observed a disconnect between management and the team. There seems to be a lack of support and understanding from higher-ups, which negatively impacts morale and productivity. Project Management: Projects often seem disorganized, with unclear goals and shifting priorities. This not only affects the quality of work but also creates a stressful environment for the team. Professional Growth: Despite promises of career advancement and skill development, I found limited opportunities for growth. The focus seems to be more on billable hours than on employee development.
