Pros

Great benefits and pay. Team members are the best part of working here.

Cons

Management are completely tone deaf and only care about winning the next contract. Budgets from contracts continue to shrink and employees are asked to do more with less every month. Tenured employees are being let go at an alarming rate to be replaced by entry level people and AI. Morale is at an all time low.

Frequent changes in priorities, restructuring, and business decisions can make job stability feel less predictable. Employees may sometimes feel disconnected from leadership, and concerns raised through HR or management channels do not always appear to result in meaningful action or transparency.
