Pros

The company is large and has a vast support network while working overseas. If you need help finding essentially anything they have a system of resources to help with that. Be it health care, mental health, cars, a place to live and etc.

Cons

The company is large and is very prone to people falling through the cracks. Everyone I know that has worked overseas for this company has accruded aty least 5k in debt during the move process, due to a lack of clarity on what would be required. The leadership you have will be very dependent on your division you work with and if you have personality conflicts you are essentially screwed.

When your contract is completed, the company provides time on "the bench" to find new roles within the company to transition to, maintaining pay and benefits while on the bench

Cons

Your contract will eventually finish and you will be back in the job search again
