This offers opportunities to make meaningful changes to how we work. The culture is relaxed and friendly and offers hybrid WFH options.

      Cons

      Current technology is very mixed, with some areas still using processes that best practice abandoned 30 years ago. There is a commitment to change, but it will take time.
